Alerts: TankData OnLine is packed with a multitude of alarm functions. Alarms can be sent to any number of e-mail address or cell phones by alarm type. There are two basic types of alarms; a) alarms generated on scheduled telemetry updates, and alarms generated by monitors at the vessel itself.
Reporting & Analysis: All telemetry updates are archived at the TankLink Operations Center. Data can be easily be exported for external spreadsheet processing. Product usage information can be charted graphically on-line. Additionally, key performance matrix is reported for a specific vessel, or across a population. This information includes:
• Current Inventory position (in lbs, gal, and % capacity)
• Current key alarm set points (re-order point and safety stock levels)
• Last delivery date and amount, average delivery statistics
• Product Usage Analysis (average daily usage, max daily usage)
• Time to re-order point, and time to critical low (based on current consumption trends)
