CHICAGO – December 02, 2009 – Telular Corporation (NASDAQ: WRLS), a global leader in wireless communications technology, announced today that Telefónica México will private label its TankLink monitoring solution under the brand name TeleControl-Gas. Telefónica México, one of the largest cellular network operators in Mexico with over 16.2 million subscribers, selected the TankLink solution as part of their long-term strategy to offer wireless data-centric services to a larger commercial customer base.

The new offering combines each company’s strengths: TankLink’s telemetry devices and secure web portal and Telefónica México’s reliable nationwide network and local sales experience. Like TankLink’s existing U.S. offering, the TeleControl platform, powered by TankLink, can be easily extended to enable bulk inventory monitoring for any industries wanting to improve their operations and positively affect their bottom line.
